Notes:

Non residential development is charged based on Gross Floor Area (GFA) with Stormwater being charged based on Impervious Surface Area (ISA). At the time of subdivision additional non residential lots created are charged development contributions for 100m2 GFA only.Additional Development Contributions are required at the time of building consent for the difference between the 100m2 paid at subdivision and the total GFA and ISA being developed.

Non-residential Building Consent

Section 11.6 Special Assessments of the Development Contributions Policy applies to some non residential buildings.

Development contributions are assessed based on the total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of the building less 100m2 credit.
